Bayston Hill: Oakland & Glebeland Concept Plan & Development Brief

The proposal is to develop the former Oakland School site and Glebeland in Bayston Hill. Having listened to views during a consultation in November 2013, a concept plan and development brief have now been drafted, and we would like to hear the views of Bayston Hill residents on these documents.

You can also comment on the concept plan and development brief by visiting one of the following places over the next four weeks, where these documents will be available to view:

  • Bayston Hill Library
  • The Bayston Hill Memorial Hall foyer
  • Bayston Hill Post Office (until 15 October)
  • Bayston Hill Parish Council Office (Comments box in Lyth Hill Stores)
  • Methodist Church foyer
  • Christ Church foyer (Tuesday & Thursday mornings only)

All locations will have a comments box and comments sheet so you can have your say.

Finally, we will be holding a drop-in session on Tuesday 21 October from 2pm-7pm at the Methodist Church, Bayston Hill. The concept plan and planning brief will be available to view, and members of the steering group will be present to answer questions and hear your views.

Information collected in our surveys will only be used by us (Shropshire Council) to inform the immediate and future provision of our services. The information you provide will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will not be shared outside of Shropshire Council. Information collected via our online surveys (hosted on the Surveymonkey website) will be stored on SurveyMonkey’s servers in the United States of America and SurveyMonkey gives an undertaking never to disclose the survey questions or your responses to others without permission.
