HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTION 115 - PUBLIC SITE NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mr Michael Gries of Subway Sandwich Shop, 3 St Marys Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 1DS has made an application for a pavement permit for permission to place the following equipment on the public footway:

Tables and chairs, length 7.60 x width 1m, depth 1m.

Monday to Saturday 7am-6pm
Sunday 10am-5pm

Any persons wishing to make comments must do so in writing to:
