Review of Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Shropshire Council has received an application for the review of the above Premises Licence, pursuant to Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations in writing to the Licensing Team Leader, Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6ND between 29 September 2014 and 26 October 2014.
A review of licence has been requested by Shropshire Councils’ Public Protection Team on the grounds that the premises operates in such a manner as to undermine the licensing objectives concerning public safety and the prevention of public nuisance.

Details of the grounds for review may be inspected at the licensing office, Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6ND between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Thursday or 9:00am and 4:30pm on Friday.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
