Description

In order to enhance safety for people using Longden Road and Roman Road roundabout, particularly for children walking and cycling to the nearby schools, we propose to lower the speed limit on the roundabout and its approaches on Roman Road from 40mph to 30mph.

(SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2006 (AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER

We propose to reduce the speed limit from 40mph to 30mph on the Roman Road roundabout in Shrewsbury, as follows:

From a point 40m southeast of its junction with Longden Road, to a point 45m northwest of said junction including Longden Road roundabout.
