These waiting restrictions are proposed in order to maintain safe entry into and egress out of The Grove, as well as to prevent the parking of vehicles on footways, and obstruction of the narrow carriageway.

THE SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (THE GROVE, SHIFNAL) (AMENDMENT) ORDER
Shropshire Council proposes to place no waiting at any time restrictions on The Grove in Shifnal as follows:
North side
From a point 16m from the junction with Park Street for a distance of 96m in an easterly then northerly direction.
South side
From a point 26m from the junction with Park Street for a distance of 36m in an easterly direction.
East side
From a point 1.5m north of the garden boundary with No. 1 The Grove for a distance of 50m in a southerly then easterly direction.
