Planning performance agreements (PPAs)
Planning performance agreements provide a framework through which the applicant and the council commit resources and work together to manage the entire planning process in a timely manner based on key targets and milestones. Each PPA will be unique and tailored to the requirements which should be discussed during a concept meeting. Applicants/agents for schemes requiring a planning performance agreement should contact Tabitha Lythe (planning and development services manager), Philip Mullineux (north – area manager) and/or Charlotte Morrison (south – area manager). For schemes in the north (includes Shrewsbury) please send an email with 'Request for PPA' in the title and email planning.northern@shropshire.gov.uk and for schemes in the south planning.southern@shropshire.gov.uk
