School administrator use only

This notification form is for school staff only. It's to be used to advise us when an in-year application has been made to schools, and the outcome of the application in accordance with the School Admissions Code. 

In-year or mid-term admissions notification

School staff should complete the appropriate fields, including email address, to provide applicants’ details. The information will be sent to the Admissions Team and confirmation will be sent to school at the given email address.
