Supported internship success
A fantastic example of how a supported Internship and the right support can make a difference!
Kieran is currently completing an apprenticeship in the Right Home, Right Place team at Shropshire Council. Enable first started working with Kieran when he was completing his Supported Internship during 2020. Due to lockdown we had to work with Kieran remotely which he found really difficult. At first Kieran was reluctant to talk or turn his camera on, preferring to communicate through the chat function.
