We would like to say thank you to everybody who took the time to complete our leisure service, health and wellbeing survey between mid-October 2023 and 17 December 2023.

This has provided us with important information to understand more about leisure facility use in Shropshire and what matters to people when it comes to health and wellbeing. The survey was conducted because there's a recognition that leisure facilities are better when the views of customers are understood, and when changes are made in response to valuable feedback.

The feedback from the survey will inform the work of Shropshire Council’s Leisure Services when service planning and designing future service provision. The survey has shown that leisure facilities are highly valued by the customers and have a positive impact on their health and wellbeing. The survey has also identified some areas of improvement that could enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
