Funding to support the infrastructure works to unlock future developments has been secured through the Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) awarded by Home England and the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) through the government’s Growth Deal. The funding has been awarded to support works relating to the road improvements, the proposed pedestrianised overbridge across the A5 and facilitate associated infrastructure works to support the development of the employment land at Oswestry Innovation Park.
